Who We Are

Jack Macholl
Over the last two decades, Jack Macholl has directed the marketing efforts at several prominent Chicago area financial institutions, including Great American Federal Savings, LaSalle Northwest and Harris Bank as a senior regional manager. As a consultant, Jack has acted as an advisor on strategic planning and integrated marketing communications programs for a diverse list of clients.

He also served as a faculty member at Roosevelt University in Chicago from 1995-2006 in both adjunct and visiting assistant professor roles. Jack received the Instructor of the Year award from the School of communication in 1996 and again in 1998. Jack also appears as a guest speaker at marketing conferences and business groups across America.

Literary accomplishments include several published articles on the Community Reinvestment Act and its correlation to financial marketing – and a variety of articles for trade journals and professional associations.

Mark DesJardins

A true “Renaissance man” of the design world, Mark is able to sketch a concept or shoot a photo, converting it in to creative that moves business forward. With over 30-years of experience as a creative director and graphic design professional, he brings a strong sensibility to client assignments.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in Chicago and returned to serve as an adjunct professor in the IMC program.

Curt Silvers

Curt brings a unique perspective to our clients, combining decades of  experience as a graphic designer with an extensive background in website development and coding. He has created websites for numerous clients in the non-profit, e-commerce and entertainment sectors.
